2. Gatte Ki Sabzi

The most popular Rajasthani dish ever! This curry is made up of Gram Flour or Besan Gatta and is served in spicy yogurt curry and is eaten with rice or Rajasthani pieces of bread. 3. Makhania Lassi

“Chana Jaisalmer Ke” is prepared with black chickpeas mixed with gram flour and curd (kadi). It is a type of kadi preparation with black peas/Kala chana dipped in it.
