After Being Gang-Raped, Hathras woman Dies In Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital

The 19-year-old Dalit lady, who was assaulted in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras, has taken her last breadthTuesday morning,as per ANI reports. 

The lady was supposedly assaulted by four men in her town on September 14 when she went to a farmland. 

She was taken to a clinic in Aligarh the following day in a severe condition, and moved to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi for better clinical treatment. The lady was in sensitive condition, and on ventilator.  As per the police, the lady had gone to the fields with her mom on the portentous day and had disappeared before long. The lady was found ruthlessly harmed, with her severe cut in her tongue as she chomped it in desolation when the culprits attempted to strangulate her. 

In spite of her difficulty, the assault survivor had figured out how to name all the blamed in her announcement to a justice. The neighborhood chowki in control has been suspended, the UP Police said. 

The blamed had been reserved under Section 307 (endeavor to kill) of the IPC and later accused of assault under Section 376 D. 

On Sunday night, Bhim Army boss Chandrashekar Azad avoided police to arrive at the Aligarh clinic to communicate solidarity with the person in question. 

Azad asserted that the severe assault speaks to the decaying lawfulness circumstance in the state. He had likewise requested monetary help of Rs 1 crore for the lady's bothered family. 

The police had later captured the four blamed. The Kotwali in-control in Hathras was transferred and sent to police lines. The Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) was locate at the place of the lady. 

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati had denounced the brutal incident, saying no lady from any region or caste is safe in Uttar Pradesh and requested that the state government focus on it.
