Step 1. Save the number 9013151515 in the contact book of your telephone
This is the official number of the Corona Helpdesk of the Government of India
Step 2. Alternatively, WA. me/919013151515. go to
Step 3. Enter “Covid Certificate”
Step 4. A 6 digit OTP is generated for your number by the Cowin platform
Step 5. You have to enter this 6 digit OTP in this chat within 30 seconds
Step 6 If you have more than one person registered under this number, the helpdesk will ask you to confirm whose certificate you want to download
Step 7. The chatbot will share the certificate with you on WhatsApp as soon as you confirm. The chatbot already provides several functions such as the nearest immunization centre, available slots, fact-checkers, the latest alerts about the COVID situation, and much more.
