Moreover, carrying essential over the counter products can also help you maintain your hygiene health.

While talking about carrying products, you must have been thinking that how is it possible to carry all those products in your small bag? Here’s the answer to it.

Essential products, dermatologists mean products that are the basics of your daily skincare and self-hygiene. Such as moisturizers, sunscreens, wet wipes, and deodorants. Among which moisturizers and sunscreen help you with your skincare. All these products aren’t likely to take up a huge space in your bag. You still can easily keep your keys, mobiles, credit cards, sanitizers, etc.

Even if you are a college student or traveling somewhere, you should always be ready with your essentials.

Moisturizer

A good moisturizer is the most important part of skincare. Moisturizers don’t only nourish the skin but also hydrates the skin giving it a subtle and glowing look. A moisturizer is a basic part of any skincare, irrespective of the fact whether you are wearing any kind of makeup or going neutral. Moisturizers can help to lock your skin's essential nutrients as well.

The best way to get benefited from any moisturizer is to choose a moisturizer that suits your skin. Oily skin people should choose gel-based or matte finish moisturizer that would prevent any further production of oil in the skin. Whereas people with dry skin should go for moisturizers that have a creamy consistency. People with normal to combination skin texture can use any kind of moisturizers.

With the help of Moisturizers, you can prevent your skin from looking dry and lifeless every time after you wash your face.

You can carry a bottle of pump moisturizer that would prevent it from getting scattered around in the bag. You can also carry sheet masks that can work as an alternative. A sheet mask almost does the same job as a moisturizer since it nourishes and hydrates the skin with its nutrients.

Sunscreens

Sunscreen is a super essential product for maintaining the good health of your skin. Sunscreen not only prevents you from sun damage and UV rays but also pollution and damage caused by it. Generally, sunscreen is applied during the day. But this is not true. Sunscreen should be applied even at night because harmful UV rays can be present at night too.



Sunscreen can be in the form of gel-cream or spray. A gel-based light sunscreen is a great option for people with oily skin and for hairy Parts of the body. Whereas a cream-based sunscreen may work for people with dry skin for combination skin. Sunscreen has an SPF of 40 or above and has Zinc as its active ingredient works best. You can also go for sunscreens that have anti-pollution properties.

For full benefit and protection, a person should reapply a coat of sunscreen after every 3 to 4 hours. You should apply sunscreens to all the exposed parts of your body like face, neck, ears, elbows, chest, arms, and feet.
