Quit his job to start seed tray company, today turnover is 1.25 Crores
His success can also be gauged from the fact that in just 4 years, he has done business turnover of Rs 1.25 crore and has included his name in the list of successful businessmen. Today, his fate has changed in such a way that where once he used to work for 15 thousand rupees a month, now he has started earning 2 lakh rupees a month through his seed tray business.

Ajinkya says that after doing his M.Sc in Horticulture, he worked in a seed tray manufacturing company in Bangalore for a salary of Rs 15,000 a month. While working in this company, he got a lot of experience in seed tray manufacturing as well as learning about filling cocoa-pits in seed trays, gardening, transplanting, etc.

Seed tray can be used multiple ways, so understanding this is beneficial for the farmers, they learned about their jobs as well as the programs of the Agri clinics and Agri business run by the government. He quit his job of Rs 15,000 due to 2 months of training in the government-run agri clinics and agri business center program. After completing this training, he founded his company under the name 'JP Nature Care'.

What is the specialty of seed tray?
Anjikya said that the special thing about seed tray is that the seed planted in it soon develops in the plant and grows well. Seeds are placed in the cocoa pit in a seed tray. These plants are then removed from seed trays and easily transplanted into the fields. It is easier to protect plant seeds planted in these mini trays from nature, rain or strong sunlight. Plant roots that are made by these trays are very strong and produce a good yield.

30 lakhs to start a business
Anjikya says that he invested 30 lakh rupees and set up his seed tray manufacturing unit. For this, he got a loan of Rs 15 lakh from Bank of Maharashtra. In which he got a subsidy of 36 percent from NABARD. After getting a loan of 15 lakh rupees from the bank, the rest of the amount which was about 12 lakh to 13 lakh rupees was arranged by himself.

Built a business of Rs 1.25 crore in 4 years.
He told that the farmers of his village did not know about the seed tray but he explained the benefits it to all the farmers and some people saw an increase in their yield by using it, Soon all the farmers started getting more from their crop through seed trays. Due to the awareness spread among the farmers, his company also started benefiting more. Ajinkya said that in 2014, he had set up a seed tray manufacturing unit and today the turnover of this unit is Rs 1.25 crore.

Also into exports
The business of "JP Nature Care"  apart from Maharashtra is also in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bengaluru, and Chhattisgarh. Not only this, but the seed tray manufactured by him is also being exported to countries outside India like South Africa, Jamaica, and Kenya.

It's not tough to have your own business but it only requires some courage to take the risk.
