Blacklisted or Low-Balance FASTags: If a FASTag is blacklisted or marked as having a low balance for over 60 minutes prior to arrival at the toll booth, the transaction will be declined. Vehicles with such FASTags will incur a penalty, being charged twice the standard toll fee. This policy encourages users to maintain sufficient balance and ensures the integrity of the toll collection system.

- Users now have a 10-minute window to recharge their FASTag after a transaction is declined due to inactivity or low balance.
