Coaching Center Peon Worked Hard, Now His IT Company Is Making Rs 10 Crore Business

This is especially true in the life of Chotu Sharma who once worked as a peon but now owns two businesses and more than 150 employees.

Chotu underwent these dramatic changes with hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication. Its annual business turnover now exceeds 10 billion, but he has been forced to fast and skip food immediately for financial reasons.

Chotu Sharma was born into a poor family in a small town called Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. The journey from pawn to a successful entrepreneur is fraught with extreme difficulties and challenges. He graduated with a BA from Government College in 1998 and came to Chandigarh looking for work. But finding a job for a simple graduate was very difficult because he had no technical or business education. In such a situation, Chhotu started his career as a party at a local computer training center. He also joined the course here and continued his work as a party at the same center. Today, he is known as the "Microsoft Tech Guru" in Chandigarh.

Chhotu had a regular bachelor's degree and did not have a decent job in Chandigarh because of his education. Most jobs at the time were offered to people with vocational computer training. So Chotu decided to learn how to use a computer, but could not fix the cost of the Rs course. But he would not go home empty-handed to Himachal Pradesh. Eventually, he got a job as a local at a computer school and started the course there. He started practicing computer science when he found time between jobs.

He stayed in the center all day and studied all night. Peón's modest salary was not enough to cover the expenses of the computer course and there was no hope of receiving help from her poverty-stricken family. She didn't want to share her problems at her house either. After finishing work and studying, she often slept on an empty stomach to spare. At the same time, she began teaching children at home.

In fact, two good things happened that year. First, Chotu received a "Microsoft Certified Software Developer" certificate, and second, he was offered a job at the institute as a teacher. The order of taste began to change as he walked after night and taught the children at home after work. His condition improved when he started to win well. In 2000, she began earning a good living at home.

In 2002, he decided to open his own computer center with his savings. He rented a two-room house, bought a motorcycle and a computer, and set up a training center. He has recruited more than 100 students in less than six months. His hard work paid off and he became famous in Chandigarh for dot net technology. Today, most of his students work with the best companies in the world, including Microsoft, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys.

In 2007, Chotu opened his own computer training center called CS Infotech in Chandigarh. Today, more than 1,000 students take computer education at the center of it each year and learn advanced software languages. After two years, he bought a site in Mohali and started a software company called CS InfoTech. His company produces software for his clients around the world and also offers services to large companies.

He was also awarded the LMA Trident Award for Young Innovation Entrepreneur Award in Ludhiana. In 2007, the then Prime Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Prem Kumar Dhumal, honored him with the Himachal Gaurav Prize. Chotu Sharma goes out of his way today to help people in need. He offers scholarships to talented students, finances weddings for poor families, and also assists rural students in their education.

Everyone in life has to go through difficult and difficult times. Some people do not cope with the pressure, they get lost in the daily chores of life, and then life becomes unhappy for them. But there are people like Chotu who never give up and continue to take on the toughest challenges. Eventually, these people are able to achieve their life goals.



Even if Chhotu Sharma had not shown his will and determination, he would have been a peon in some office or the other. But he wanted to do something big. He struggled but never lost hope and set an example of success for all. You may have to face challenging and difficult situations in life, but never give up and be afraid of failure. Keep trying to fulfill your dreams and one-day success will be at your doorstep.
