Drink Prime Launched India's Smartest Water Purifier Ready To Offer Affordable Drinking Water

BACKGROUND-

Vijender Reddy and Manas Ranjan Hota are co-founders of Drink Prime. Its a Bengaluru based startup started in 2015. Badri Pilapakkam at Omidyar Network India is an investment partner. There are many other investors at Drink Prime, founder of Snapdeal, Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal are also one of them.

 MISSION-

To provide 100% contaminated free water to every household. Also to give a hassle-free experience from the maintenance. To ensure this they have used RO+UV+UF and Internet of Things Technolgy, respectively.

How does this work?

There are two main things that separate this purifier from all the rest water purifiers. 

First and foremost is its system of purifying the water. The RO system removes dissolved impurities, the UF filters out microbes and cyst, and the UV eliminates bacteria and viruses.

And second is its Drink Prime App. This app gives you Hassel free experience as the company itself monitors all the maintenance. Whether it's checking for water quality or schedule monthly payments, its got everything covered. Through this app, Drink Prime remotely monitor everything to ensure that we are drinking cleanest water. On Tuesday, August 2020  Drink Prime has raised $3 million in its pre-series A round. The round was led by Sequoia's Capital scale-up program Surge and Omidyar Network India. Currently operational only in Bangalore, but since it has promising future Drink Prime is planning to expand to the top 10 Indian cities, as there are a lot of investors.
