Exclusive Interview Of Zyoin Director Anuj Agarwal

Driven by an instinct to be his own boss, Anuj Agrawal established Zyoin in 2005, just a year after starting his first job at a recruitment company. A student at NITK Surathkal, Anuj is a keen observer who quickly discovered the flaws in the recruitment process traditionally followed and created Zyoin.

Zyoin is an employment solution provider which unlike Monster & Naukri offers its clients comprehensive recruiting, time, and money-saving services. Led by the good leadership of Anuja, Zyoin continues to grow today, both in numbers and in service areas.

Without further delay let's begin our interview session with inspirational personality Anuj Agarwal-

Please give a brief intro to your product/service.

Launched in 2005, we are India’s repudiated recruitment agency for counseling and care, providing an outstanding solution for clients to address their complex employment challenges.

So far, we have worked with more than 300 companies, among which are big names and start-ups in India. Our package of offers includes constant search, contract staff, RPO, executive search, and much more.

What motivated you to begin this product/service?

Well, there is a clear difference and need to identify quality talent for different organizations, beyond that we understand that recruitment is not the key strength of any organization while it is still the most important step for them to be successful.

What's your life success mantra?

"If you desire something you've never had, then you have to do something you've never done."

What has been the most challenging part of your journey so far?

When you run an organization, you will see challenges and obstacles every day. As an entrepreneur, you must solve these challenges and remove all obstacles. Although it's easy to say, believing in yourself, being persistent, never giving up hope, and being constantly motivated was the biggest challenge for me.

Share some details about the investments made so far for the business.

We’ve always been a company that believes in organic growth, so we didn’t need to drive away investors. We say we are very grateful to the several entrepreneurs who helped us when we were setting in motion. They were also great mentors to us and the main reason for Zyoin's success.

In your opinion, what are the three qualities that a person must have to be successful?

It is obvious that you need more than three qualities to be successful, but let me mention just three:

1. Hard work

2. Never give up

3. Believe in yourself

Please share a habit that makes you more productive.

"Getting up early and getting to the office as early as possible makes me productive."

What are your top three departure destinations?

Staying at home with family or friends is the best and only destination for me.

 Whenever you fail, you learn from it and stay happy because Happiness is doing what you love, if you love what you are doing, you will succeed.
