This is the idea behind Dextra, an online platform that allows creative people (writers, actors, painters, artists, etc.) to articulate their creativity by helping them learn a basic set of skills.

Divyaansh Anuj graduated from BITS Pilani and previously worked as a software developer at Oracle. However, the comfort of a secure IT job in an imaginary office space did not bring him the satisfaction of overcoming the challenges he faces every day while expanding his start-up.

With this in mind, Dextra was born, an online platform that allows creatives (writers, dancers, painters, artists, etc.) to better express their creativity by helping them acquire basic skills.

For its CEO and co-founder Divyaansh Anuj, Dextra is something that also gives meaning to his life (as he likes to say).

Divyaansh is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and previously worked as a software developer at Oracle. But the convenience of secure IT work in a sleek office space has not given you the satisfaction you get from tackling the challenges you face every day in building your startup.

Please give a short intro to your product/service?

A global platform for collaboration between filmmakers designers, musicians, artists, dancers, writers, and all creators.

What motivates you to create the above product/service?

There is much in our minds that can and should be expressed. However, we are restricted by our limited skill set. Dextra enables us to collaborate with people who have complementary skills to express ourselves that we could never do alone.

What was the most challenging part of your journey until now?

In a secular sense, many challenges have arisen, but nothing so difficult as the answer to this question may qualify. The joy of traveling replaces the trouble that every challenge brings. And let's hope it stays like this for all future challenges.

How did you master these challenges?

The challenges of the early mentality were overcome before I even thought about it. In fact, it was these challenges that forced me to do something that would have an impact and then walk the solid traditional path I was about to take. The way I suffered from a mental state was long before the existential crisis I went through. He taught me that life has no meaning, but only if we have no sense for ourselves. I understand that means Dextra.

What three qualities do you think a person should have in order to be successful?

Perseverance, Passion, Patience. In this order.  These are qualities that are difficult to find in an alliance, but when training together, they definitely lead to success in all its forms.

Share any habit that you think will increase your productivity.

Plan your day each morning with action tasks and appropriate time intervals. Due to the uncertainty in startups, it is difficult to create a plan for a month or even a week. But by creating a daily plan, we ensure that we profit from it every day. And make the most of it in your life.
